My two sons with autism have been clients of Joyful Care Co for the last 6 months and have enjoyed being part of this exciting new company.

My boys are in their early twenties and have one amazing support worker who takes them out into the community for social interactions.

They love every excursion and photos, videos and information are always provided. I was so happy that Joyful Care was able to give the boys the same support worker for consistency and a male worker who is close to their ages.

This perfect matching was something I  could not find with other providers and we all really appreciate this. They also do not move support workers around when they have matched them with a participant, to keep consistency.

As I self manage my sons' NDIS profiles, I really am happy with the communication with the Joyful Care staff. My calls and emails are always promptly returned and no question or request is too difficult for them. All staff are hands on and approachable, including the CEO.

I absolutely recommend Joyful Care to anyone looking for a provider.

We are overwhelmed at how Joyful Care Co consistently go far above and beyond to deliver a caring family home for our son Mikey. 

Everyone at Joyfulcare ensure Mikey has a safe, loving and fun environment and we have seen significant improvements in Mikey’s abilities and behaviour resulting in Mikey being far more confident and happy. 

Joyfulcare ensures Mikey is well groomed and dressed appropriately for all occasions and when necessary and without prompting, carers take Mikey shopping for clothes and personal items and to all of his scheduled day activities. We are kept informed as to what is happening and provided with recomendations to further Mikey’s development. 

The carers, are simply amazing…. They have a wonderful sense of humour and the boys in this house adore them all.

Finally, we are confident in saying, This home is what Mikey needs and loves…. Because Tanya, Jody and the staff have the interest of the people they care for as their number one priority !!
